Position Overview

We are recruiting entry-level Food & Beverage professionals for cruise lines and maritime operations, delivering service in buffet, café, and casual dining environments .

These roles are ideal for candidates starting their international hospitality careers or transitioning into cruise operations.

️ Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient guest service
• Set up and maintain buffet, café, or service stations
• Serve food and beverages following company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene (USPH standards)
• Refill items and ensure proper presentation at all times
• Assist waiters and senior staff during service
• Handle basic guest requests and escalate when needed

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year in:
• Restaurants
• Cafés
• Hotels
• Fast casual or quick service environments
• Customer service experience is essential

Ship Experience

• ❌ Not required

Skills

• Basic service knowledge
• Good communication and teamwork
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Language

• English: B1 minimum (basic conversational level)

Working Conditions

• 10–11 hours per day
• 7 days per week
• Fast-paced, guest-facing roles
