Job Summary

Implementation Analysts serve as the business/technical SME for Item Processing and Print & Mail engagements across US Banking, Cards & Payments clients. They gather requirements, author BRDs/FRDs, design solutions, and configure platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and author Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Design solution architecture and configure platforms for Item Processing, Logads, remittance, ACH, ICL, check clearing, return items.
• Manage capture channels: branch, teller, distributed, merchant, mobile, ATM image deposit (capture, balancing, exceptions).
• Configure duplicate detection and deposit lifecycle management.
• Perform business analysis: gap, impact, risk assessment, traceability and change management.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and bridge business & tech teams.
• Lead stakeholder and cross‑functional management, including client escalations and sign‑off accountability.
• Provide strong written and verbal communication, documentation, training and mentoring (senior levels).
• Manage Print & Mail operations: composition & output tooling, file intake & validation, print floor/insertion/printer‑inserter ops.
• Lead client calls, presentations and conflict resolution (senior/lead levels).

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in banking, cards & payments domain.
• Knowledge of item processing, print & mail, remittance, ACH, ICL, check clearing, return items.
• Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, BRDs/FRDs, solution design, gap/impact/risk assessment, traceability & change management.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions and bridging business & technical teams.
• Stakeholder and cross‑functional management experience, client escalation handling, and sign‑off accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, training, and mentoring skills.
• Experience with print & mail operations: composition & output tooling, file intake & validation, print floor/insertion/printer‑inserter operations.
• Ability to lead client calls, presentations and conflict resolution.
