JOB DESCRIPTION - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE - (Fintech / International Markets)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Black Trader is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven candidates who are interested in building a high-growth career in Business Development within the fintech industry.

As a Business Development Executive , you will be responsible for driving lead generation, initial client communication, and supporting strategic growth initiatives in international markets. This role offers extensive exposure to global financial hubs and emerging markets, specifically focusing on expanding our footprint across our target regions:

  • Target Markets: Mexico, Cyprus, South Africa, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.

POSITION DETAILS:

  • Experience: 0 to 3+ Years (Freshers with strong communication skills & Experienced professionals are both encouraged to apply)
  • Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Global Market Prospecting: Research, identify, and map potential corporate clients, institutional brokers, and proprietary trading firms within our target countries ( Mexico, Cyprus, South Africa, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Pakistan ).
  • Multi-Channel Lead Generation: Source and qualify leads using professional networks (LinkedIn), cold email outreach, target databases, and industry-specific channels.
  • International Outreach & Communication: Initiate professional communication with global prospects. Adapt communication styles and schedules to effectively navigate varying time zones (from Latin American standard times to Southeast Asian business hours).
  • Requirement Analysis: Engage with prospective clients to understand their brokerage setups, platform pain points, and specific trading technology infrastructure requirements.
  • Solution Pitching: Present Black Trader’s specialized fintech services and state-of-the-art trading platforms professionally, clearly articulating our value proposition to international decision-makers.
  • CRM & Pipeline Discipline: Maintain, update, and manage meticulous records of lead details, outreach activities, and follow-up schedules using company CRM tools.
  • Sales Enablement Support: Assist senior management in preparing tailored business proposals, service contracts, and high-impact sales presentations.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous market research, monitoring competitor platforms, regulatory updates in regional markets, and industry trends.
  • Relationship Management: Systematically follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and keep Black Trader top-of-mind.
  • Deal Closure Coordination: Align closely with internal technical, product, and onboarding teams to facilitate smooth deal closures and client handovers.
  • Target Metrics: Work proactively toward meeting and exceeding assigned daily outreach targets, lead generation quotas, and sales objectives.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Finance, Commerce, International Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–3+ years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Corporate Sales, or Lead Generation. (Comprehensive training on our platform and sales playbook will be provided to high-potential freshers).
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. The ability to articulate complex technical solutions confidently to international business owners is mandatory.
  • Fintech Knowledge (Preferred): A strong baseline interest or existing knowledge of financial markets, the brokerage landscape, forex, or the fintech industry is a massive advantage.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel for lead tracking) and email communication platforms.
  • Interpersonal Attributes: High energy, resilience in handling objections, a strong target-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for client interaction.
