Associate Director, Cost Management — Real Estate Projects
PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein)
PVH is seeking an Associate Director of Cost Management to lead cost control and commercial management on real estate programs across offices, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments in Latin America. You will act as the main client contact, oversee 15–25 staff, and drive cost plans, forecasts, and final accounts from feasibility through close-out.
