Key Responsibilities

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to design creative solutions for clients.
• Conduct desk research using advanced tools to support project development.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Assist with planning and execution of client workshops and meetings.
• Create compelling presentations, reports, and client deliverables under expert supervision.
• Build professional relationships with clients and team members to ensure project success.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of healthcare trends and consulting techniques.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• 1–4 years of business experience; consulting background preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, paired with excellent communication skills.
• A genuine interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and consulting.
• Availability to visit our Mexico City office (Col. Nápoles) 2–3 times per week.
