Your Mission

As Responsible for Direct Accounts bring new private customers (Reference Labs, Lab Chains, Private Hospitals) to DiaSorin and raise the level of customer service for current customers, generating customer loyalty as well as leveraging the current portfolio.

In adherence with Corporate guidelines and local policies, develop, implement and adapt strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans, being accountable for all marketing and sales related operations to maximize sales in your territory, market share and profitability short, medium and long term.

Responsibilities

  • Build a Strong funnel of Projects and customers in order to develop consistently.
  • Create and manage a strong relationship with Private (Direct) Accounts (End users, Managers, Directors, Purchases, etc in your region).
  • Deliver annual sales objectives.
  • Direct, promote, coordinate and monitor the Private Sales operations to optimize DiaSorin's revenue, market share and net sales, with outstanding customer service.
  • Manage and develop your sales opportunities in Sales Force, keeping your sales funnel updated, to ensure you are on track to deliver annual sales objectives.
  • Map business opportunities and organize annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly sales planning for your customer portfolio.
  • Mapping and close follow up to Direct Business opportunities.
  • Participate in private (Direct) bids in alignment with KAM Government and Sales Manager.
  • Prepare annual budget, forecasts and other related analysis relevant for planning and managing the business.
  • Prospect, Develop and Close Direct Business accounts.
  • Provide the sales forecast for your portfolio, working on the sales accuracy to optimize the company's resources.
  • Represent the company internally and externally within the DiaSorin ethics code.
  • Sell products and services as a consultant, promoting a sale with high added value for our customers.

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, life sciences.
  • Specialization: MD, PhD or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the Mexican Direct Accounts diagnostic market.
  • IVD sector specific competencies and LifeScience's background required.
  • Technical Competencies: Deep knowledge of Private Market; good experience in managing relationship with Private Hospitals, Reference Labs, Private Labs accounts; previous track record of success in managing relationships with Private Hospitals, Reference Labs, Private Labs accounts.
  • Skills: Ability to develop a correct, solid and rigorous project pipeline method; Ability to handle the complexity of all business opportunities and close enough opportunities to make annual revenue.

Personal Strengths: Mobility and strong interpersonal communication.
