Role Description This full-time remote Customer Service Representative - Inbound role focuses on handling incoming calls, messages, and inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner. The representative responds to questions, troubleshoots issues, and provides clear, accurate information about products, services, and policies. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions, following established procedures, escalating complex issues when necessary, and ensuring timely follow-up. The role also involves actively contributing to customer satisfaction and experience by listening carefully, empathizing with customer needs, and offering appropriate solutions. Collaboration with other team members and adherence to performance, quality, and compliance guidelines are key parts of the position.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, such as Customer Service Representatives or similar positions.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, with the ability to manage inbound inquiries efficiently.
• Ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Focus on delivering a positive Customer Experience, including active listening and empathy in every interaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear, professional phone and online presence.
