Contract Recruiter

FOX LATAM is seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to support hiring initiatives in Mexico City, Mexico. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to deliver a high-quality, efficient recruiting experience across a variety of business functions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, identify top talent in the local market, and help build high-performing teams while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles within the media industry, including Ad Sales, Brand/Creative, Marketing, Programming, Production, and Corporate positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide market insights
• Source, engage, and assess qualified candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Conduct recruiter screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Maintain a high standard of candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful engagement
• Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interview techniques, and competitive market trends
• Ensure recruiting activity is accurately tracked within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, and business stakeholders
• Negotiate compensation, manage offers, and complete all pre-offer processes including reference checks
• Maintain accurate documentation, pipelines, and reporting using applicant tracking and sourcing tools
• Deliver clear, consistent communication and recruiting updates to stakeholders

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in media, with demonstrated success hiring across Ad Sales, Brand/Creative, Marketing, Programming, Production, and Corporate functions.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate, agency, or in-house recruiting environment
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, Workday preferred, along with LinkedIn Recruiter or other applicant tracking and sourcing system
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple reqs, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple disciplines and levels simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and attention to detail
• Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy in high-expectation environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment regulations applicable to hiring in Mexico
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
