Senior Workday PM: Compensation & HR Tech

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the HR Technology team, focusing on Workday Product Management, compensation planning, and related analytics. You will collaborate with stakeholders to maximize Workday functionality and align with People and Culture priorities.
Responsibilities include supporting implementation, roadmapping, requirements gathering, and driving process improvements across HR systems in a fast-paced, global environment.
