Gerente de implementación digital (Performance)

Objetivo de la posición
Liderar la implementación, optimización y evolución de campañas digitales enfocadas en performance, garantizando el cumplimiento de objetivos de negocio relacionados con tráfico, generación de demanda, leads, ventas, conversiones y eficiencia de inversión . Será responsable de coordinar equipos de implementación, impulsar mejores prácticas y asegurar la excelencia operativa en plataformas digitales. Basado en responsabilidades y requisitos de posiciones internas similares de Media Planner SR y Coordinador de Medios.
Responsabilidades principales
- Liderar la implementación y optimización de campañas en Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube y Demand Gen).
- Supervisar estrategias de Social Paid en Meta, TikTok y otras plataformas relevantes.
- Gestionar campañas programáticas en DV360 (nivel intermedio).
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de KPIs orientados a performance: CPA, CPL, ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate y Revenue.
- Definir estrategias de pujas, audiencias, segmentación y remarketing.
- Detectar oportunidades de optimización y escalamiento de campañas.
- Supervisar la correcta implementación de tracking, conversiones y medición.
- Colaborar con equipos de Planeación, Analytics, Data y Clientes para asegurar estrategias alineadas a objetivos de negocio.
- Liderar reuniones de seguimiento y presentación de resultados.
- Desarrollar e impulsar mejores prácticas dentro del equipo de implementación.
- Gestionar y desarrollar talento a su cargo.
- Participar en procesos de forecasting, control presupuestal y proyecciones de resultados.
Requisitos
- Licenciatura concluida en Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Ingeniería, Administración o afín.
- 5 a 7 años de experiencia en medios digitales y performance marketing.
- Al menos 2 años liderando equipos de implementación o performance.
- Experiencia avanzada en:
- Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube)
- Google Marketing Platform
- Meta Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Experiencia práctica en DV360 (deseable).
- Sólido conocimiento de atribución, medición y optimización de conversiones.
- Experiencia trabajando con presupuestos de inversión significativos.
