Accounting Controls Analyst - Bilingual (ENG)

About the Role:

We are looking for an Accounting Controls Analyst – Supply Chain. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented finance professional with early‑career experience in accounting and cost control, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross‑functionally in a dynamic manufacturing and supply chain environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support month‑end close activities related to inventory, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and distribution costs.
• Reconcile inventory movements, adjustments, and balances across manufacturing plants, co‑packers, and distribution centers.
• Analyze cost behavior, variances, and operational trends to identify risks, opportunities for improvement, and cost optimization.
• Monitor inventory controls, cycle counts, and sample counts in line with company policies.
• Reconcile production, shipments, and receipts between external partner systems and company systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Supply Chain, Operations, and external manufacturing and logistics partners.
• Assist with internal control activities, including compliance with accounting policies and SOX‑related controls.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in processes, systems, and reporting.

Requirements | Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Accounting & Finance preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles; exposure to manufacturing or cost accounting is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Solid Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems; ERP experience (SAP preferred).
• Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.

Work Schedule and Work Model:

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
