We are looking for a Global Customer Service & Compliance Director to join our Customer Service Department at FARMASI located in Mexico City.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Law, or in any related field
• 8+ years of experience in customer service and/or compliance roles
• Proven experience managing global or multi-market operations
• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Preferably experience in direct selling industry
• Strong understanding of technology trends, including AI, and ability to leverage them in operations
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks
