About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income, and cash flow).
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations and prepare required filings.
• Support HR with contract creation, insurance management, and employee payroll updates.
• Serve as the primary contact for client financial inquiries, providing clear communication and timely support.
• Generate financial reports with insights and recommendations for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 6+ years of experience in accounting, payroll management, and tax compliance.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in an accounting firm preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency: English (90%) and Spanish.
• Knowledge of Nomipaq is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a collaborative environment.
