Training Leader
HEINEKEN MÉXICO
Objetivo
Diseñar, implementar y gestionar la estrategia integral de capacitación a nivel OpCo, asegurando el desarrollo de competencias clave alineadas a los objetivos del negocio. Garantizar la ejecución efectiva de planes de formación, la administración eficiente del presupuesto y el monitoreo de indicadores de efectividad, promoviendo una cultura de aprendizaje continuo y facilitando la adopción de iniciativas globales, metodologías como TPM y procesos de gestión del cambio que impulsen la mejora continua y el desempeño organizacional.
Principales actividades
- Diagnóstico de necesidades de capacitación y definición de estrategias de capacitación.
- Diseño instruccional para desarrollo de competencias en función de los planes y estrategias.
- Desarrollar cultura de aprendizaje continuo.
- Gestión del presupuesto de capacitación a nivel OpCo.
- Análisis, licitaciones y desarrollo de proveedores.
- Gestión de capacitación a nivel OpCo, control y monitoreo: actualización y seguimiento de planes, seguimiento a KPI's de Training Effectiveness , y reportes por área.
- Administración de plataformas de capacitación: MyHR , UBREW, CAD Tool etc.
- Interacciones con Global para despliegue de estrategias, herramientas y cursos.
✅ Requisitos
- Experiencia en Capacitación, Desarrollo Organizacional o afín.
- Inglés Avanzado.
- Conocimiento de TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) comprobado. (Indispensable)
- MS Excel Intermedio - Avanzado.
- Power BI Intermedio.
- Change Management , Innovación, Habilidades de comunicación, gestión de equipos.
- Capacidad de análisis.
- Diseño y gestión de contenidos.
- Deseable conocimiento en herramientas de aprendizaje (LMS, plataformas digitales, e-learning, etc.).
