SAP Sales and Distribution Specialist (Monterrey)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for configuration changes and enhancements on the SAP SD module.
- Hybrid role based in Monterrey.
- Implementing part or all of the solution to the client in accordance with an agreed functional design.
- Providing a detailed functional design for enterprise solutions.
- Planning and design support for the development of solution architectures to be implemented in a multiple‑system environment.
- Configuring and supporting Hybris.
- Engaging with key users and business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate them to solution design.
- Analyzing and developing functional specifications; communicating to technical developers to develop the required solutions efficiently.
- Monitoring and presenting periodic status to stakeholders.
- Monitoring risks/issues and preparing appropriate mitigation plans.
- Ensuring best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or similar field.
- 5+ years of SAP Sales and Distribution experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Experience with global, large‑scale ERP implementations.
- Strong communication skills (English required C1/C2).
- Resume/CV must be submitted in English.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally.
- Experience in SAP Hybris and relevant integrations.
- Desired experience in SAP CS module.
- Knowledge of SD and integration with other functional modules.
- Desired experience in working with EDI, IDOCs.
- Experience setting up partner profiles, EDI message types, integration with IDOCs.
- Experience guiding a team on data migration in SD area.
- Experience preparing data migration templates for SD and Logistics Execution process areas.
- Experience in data extraction, cleansing, and uploading the data.
- Knowledge of implementation project life cycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut‑over and go‑live support.
- Proficiency using Project Management tools (JIRA).
