We’re hiring: Channel Manager (SSS & Departmental) | OMRON Healthcare Mexico
Are you a commercial leader who knows how to drive growth, profitability, and strong customer relationships across complex sales channels?
At OMRON Healthcare, we are looking for a Channel Manager to take full ownership of channel performance, strategy, and execution — driving sustainable growth across key accounts and partners.
What you will own
- Lead and execute channel strategy to drive sales, market share, and profitability
- Own full P&L; performance: Net Sales, Gross Margin, trade investment, and ROI
- Build and lead customer relationships and negotiations with key accounts
- Drive forecast accuracy, demand planning, and inventory health
- Identify growth opportunities, risks, and corrective actions to improve performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure execution
- Track KPIs, deliver business reviews, and drive action plans
- Coach and strengthen commercial capabilities within the team
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Channel Management, Key Account, or Sales leadership roles
- Strong background in consumer health, OTC, medical devices, FMCG, or pharmacy retail
- Proven experience managing sales targets, profitability, and commercial investments
- Solid experience in at least one channel: pharmacy chains, wholesalers, self-service, department stores, or e-commerce
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- High financial acumen (pricing, margins, ROI, trade spend)
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint
- English is a plus
