About the Role
An opportunity for a high-performing sales professional to drive business growth across Uber’s commercial ecosystem in Mexico.
You will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing client relationships, and expanding revenue opportunities across Uber for Business, Uber Eats, and related enterprise solutions.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, relationship-building ability, and a data-driven sales approach in a fast-scaling tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities
Account Management & Growth
- Manage relationships with SMB, mid-market, or enterprise clients depending on segment
- Expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling solutions
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Deliver against revenue targets and KPIs
- Develop tailored business cases and commercial proposals
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
Data-Driven Sales Performance
- Use data insights to identify opportunities and optimise sales performance
- Track pipeline activity and forecast revenue accurately
- Analyse customer behaviour and market trends
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and product teams
- Align client needs with platform capabilities
- Support execution of regional growth initiatives
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, account management, or partnerships
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets or quotas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tech, SaaS, logistics, mobility, or marketplace platforms
- Experience managing SMB, mid-market, or enterprise accounts
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability
- Comfortable working in highly dynamic environments
