Global People Operations Leader

Watershed seeks a senior People Operations leader based in Mexico City to build the operating model, systems foundation, and global infrastructure needed to scale operations with rigor and care.
The role spans roughly 60–70% US operations and 30–40% global coverage, partnering with Legal, Finance, Security, and external vendors to ensure compliance, data integrity, and efficient people processes across geographies.
