Senior Critical Support Engineer — RCA & Systemic Fixes
Link-Worldwide
Link-Worldwide in Mexico is looking for a Principal Engineer to serve as a senior technical authority within the Critical Support Team. You will lead investigations into complex customer issues and drive sustainable solutions.
This role includes collaboration with Engineering and Product Management to ensure product improvements and enhances technical support. A minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise product support and strong troubleshooting skills are required.
