Role Overview

• Provide operational and administrative support to Key Account Managers (KAMs), ensuring the proper execution of processes related to fleet management, contract administration, and customer service.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments, managing operational requests, monitoring contract-related activities, resolving incidents, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to Key Account Managers (KAMs) in managing customer accounts and ensuring high-quality client service.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests, ensuring efficient response times in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Follow up on operational incidents, including maintenance, insurance claims, accidents, traffic fines, and other fleet-related matters.
• Perform administrative updates and adjustments in internal systems, including Salesforce and Aldavar.
• Generate and manage contractual documentation, including vehicle additions, terminations, renewals, and contract amendments.
• Monitor contract expiration dates and credit line validity, ensuring timely renewals and updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Maintenance, Insurance, Remarketing, Collections, and Billing to ensure seamless fleet operations.
• Maintain and update customer, fleet, and contact information within the CRM system.
• Manage quotations for new vehicles and contract modifications, ensuring proposals are issued within a maximum turnaround time of 48 hours.
• Support the preparation of business presentations, reports, and fleet performance analysis

Key Requirements. Knowledge & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Language: English proficiency preferred.
• Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles within the automotive industry or fleet management sector.
• Experience handling contractual documentation and operational leasing processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer service orientation with strong problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and ability to manage change effectively.
