L2 Support Engineer & SRE for Trading Systems

Link-Worldwide is seeking an L2 Support Engineer based in Mexico, Estado de México, Nezahualcóyotl. The ideal candidate will support the stability and availability of trading and risk systems by investigating and resolving production issues escalated from L1.
This role involves incident triage and analysis, working closely with L3 and engineering teams for complex issues. Candidates should have L2 application support experience of 3-6 years, along with a solid understanding of Unix/Linux and Java programming.
