What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Invoice Processing Analysts , driving performance, accountability, and professional growth.

• Oversee end-to-end AP Invoice Processing , ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time.

• Manage invoice receipt, coding, validation, workflow routing, posting, PO matching, exception handling, and discrepancy resolution .

• Monitor invoice queues, workloads, and performance to ensure service levels and operational objectives are achieved.

• Serve as a key escalation point for complex invoice processing issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve exceptions.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, audit requirements, and standardized AP processes.

• Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and automation initiatives , including invoice workflow and automated processing solutions.

• Support ERP implementations, system enhancements, and initiatives designed to increase efficiency and service quality.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading teams, managing complex Accounts Payable operations, and improving processes through collaboration, technology, and continuous improvement.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration , or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations , with strong hands-on expertise in AP Invoice Processing .

• 3+ years of leadership experience. M anaging or coordinating Invoice Processing or Accounts Payable teams.

• Experience managing high-volume AP operations .

• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, invoice processing, reconciliations, and internal controls.

• Experience supporting complex, high-volume Accounts Payable operations

• Experience with ERP systems, AP automation platforms, and workflow solutions. Experience with Esker, Coupa, Xelix, or similar technologie s is a plus.

• Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, PivotTables, and data analysis.

• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while driving continuous improvement.

• Advanced English (C1) required.
