Netevia provides a suite of payment processing services that currently enable over 30,000 businesses across multiple industries to accept various forms of payments, including digital wallets, debit and credit cards, and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.

  ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, consistency, and helping create a professional and well-organized work environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that company policies are followed, maintaining accurate HR records, supporting our recruitment efforts, and serving as the first point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR matters.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Employee Relations

• Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and operational trackers.
• Document attendance issues, policy violations, and other HR-related incidents in a timely and objective manner.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and workplace procedures.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day HR matters.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal events.

Talent Acquisition

• Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess basic qualifications, communication skills, and role compatibility. 
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.

REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE

• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or People Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Advanced English and Spanish ( written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Professional, confident, and assertive communication style.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience with an HRIS or Applicant Tracking System.
• Experience supporting payroll processes (not processing payroll directly).
• Experience in a fast-growing company.
