Medical Science Liaison Oncology

Field-based medical professional engaged in peer-to-peer scientific communication with oncology experts and key decision-makers. Responsible for maintaining therapeutic area expertise, gathering field insights, and supporting internal medical strategy and evidence generation activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct non-promotional peer-to-peer medical and scientific exchanges with scientific leaders and key decision makers
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate field medical insights including unmet needs and treatment patterns to inform strategy
• Develop and maintain scientific leader engagement plans and represent medical affairs at external events
• Support identification of study investigators and local data generation opportunities
• Build and maintain expertise in assigned disease area, products, and therapeutic indications

Requirements

• Medical Doctor, Specialist, Pharmacist, Biologist, or related biomedical degree with valid professional license
• Minimum 1.5 years oncology field medical experience (MSL, Medical Advisor, or clinical liaison role)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and interpret oncology clinical data with healthcare professionals
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Willingness to travel up to 35% in field-based role
• Proven non-promotional, peer-to-peer scientific exchange capability
• Strong pharmaceutical compliance and ethical standards knowledge
