Job Description

The Site Procurement Manager will provide on-site procurement and commercial support for multiple projects. The selected resource will work closely with the client´s project teams, General Contractors (GCs), suppliers, commissioning teams, cost managers, and key project stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead procurement activities supporting data center construction and commissioning.
• Manage supplier relationships, commercial matters, and contract administration.
• Support change order review, negotiation, execution, and tracking.
• Coordinate closely with General Contractors and project teams to resolve procurement and delivery issues.
• Track equipment procurement activities, manufacturing status, logistics, and delivery milestones.
• Conduct weekly delivery review meetings with suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Provide weekly procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and delivery status reports, highlighting risks, mitigation plans, and recovery actions.
• Monitor supplier performance, schedule adherence, and commercial risks.
• Support project forecasting, budgeting, governance, and closeout activities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contract requirements.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in:

• Advanced level of English required, as the candidate will be working with international Clients. 
• Bachelor’s degree in cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Availability to work on-site in Querétaro supporting multiple projects (required).
• Equipment CAPEX procurement within large multinational organizations.
• Data center, mission-critical, industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale construction projects.
• Commercial and contract management.
• Change order negotiation and administration.
• Supplier performance management and stakeholder engagement.
• Procurement support throughout project execution, from sourcing through commissioning and project closeout.
• Managing multiple suppliers and capital projects simultaneously.
• Working directly with General Contractors, construction teams, and project delivery organizations.
• Manufacturing, logistics, delivery tracking, and supply chain risk management.
