Objective of the Collections Administrator

To deliver invoices to clients for payment processing, ensuring that the invoice is paid by the corresponding client and everything is processed accurately and on time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• 6 months of experience in administration and accounting.
• English (desirable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare the report of invoiced materials.
• Provide customer billing services at the counter, including payment collection.
• Issue debit and credit notes as needed.
• Register and upload invoices to client portals.
• Resolve issues with problematic documents or invoices.
• Confirm and identify payments.
• Follow up on payment complements if necessary.
• Analyze and organize invoices for review submission.
