Execute defined HR processes and tasks under direction from HRP Leads and senior team members. Support employees through career and lifecycle moments (onboarding, mobility, leaves, exits) to enable frictionless employee experiences. Encourage use of self-service tools and leverage AI/technology to complete transactional work.

Key areas of work: Career development, Global Mobility Programs, Performance Management, Exits Management.

HERE\'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• High sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
