REQUIREMENTS

Software Developer | Strong Fit Requirements

1. 3+ years of professional software development experience.
2. Strong proficiency in at least one programming language:
3. Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Go, Kotlin, or Rust.
4. Hands-on experience with modern frameworks:
5. React, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js, .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, Django, or FastAPI.
6. Cloud platform experience:
7. AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
8. Experience developing REST APIs and/or Microservices.
9. Knowledge of DevOps tools:
10. Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
11. Experience with AI technologies or AI-assisted development:
12. OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, or LLMs.
13. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
14. Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable application design.
15. Resume includes measurable technical achievements and business impact.
16. Professional English communication skills (B2+ preferred).
17. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
