People Ops Lead, Shared Services & Analytics

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Team Lead for the People Operations Shared Services Center. This role involves building and mentoring an HR team to ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services across multiple regions.
You will drive process innovation, cultivate a customer-centric support culture, and build collaborative relationships to enhance people operations delivery standards. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of leadership experience in HR operations and are skilled in operational metrics and HRIS systems.
