PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description

• Define a detailed Project Scope and facilitate Team Roster and personnel selection.
• Integrate, develop and execute Product/Process Transfer goals of the receiving/sending plants.
• Develop the project timeline and deliverables documents for each transfer phase.
• Develop Project Team long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines of the transfer project.
• Lead the transfer team meetings and maintain accurate minutes and follow up action items.
• Keep proper team communication and team time management.
• Coordinate and lead the cross‑functional efforts to successfully address Materials Supply Planning, Quality Plans, Transfer and Development of Device Master Records, Develop Lean Manufacturing for new process/product transfers & Product Costing and savings analysis and justification.
• Manage the transfer deliverables phase exit reviews.
• Resolve any process/quality issues during the project phases.
• Serve as a main point of contact to review product/process specifications found during the transfer and ensure team actions remain in synergy.
• Develop Process Transfer Qualification Master Plan by meeting BD Quality System and Standard.
• Interpret and implement International Quality Regulations required by multiple regions.
• Provide coaching and mentoring and develop new talent.
