OBJETIVOS DEL PUEST
ODirigir y coordinar la operación de la Empresa, a través de un programa de visitas de calidad a las tiendas, asegurándose del cumplimiento del plan estratégico y objetivos establecidos que garanticen la rentabilidad del negocio y crecimiento en número de tiendas de acuerdo con el presupuesto anual y plan de desarrollo de mercado de cada una de las plazas
.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDAD
ESContribuirás al éxito de nuestra organización llevando a cabo las siguientes actividade
- s:Direccionar y asegurar el cumplimiento de las estrategias de Negoci
- o.Diseñar y supervisar los reportes de desempeño (KPI'S) del Negocio para garantizar una operación exitos
- a.Desarrollar y administrar la estrategia de servicio y atención al client
- e.Asegurar que las tiendas asignadas en la plaza cuenten con un plan de crecimient
- o.Asegurar mantener los inventarios en los máximos niveles establecidos en el presupuest
- o.Asegurar la estandarización de imagen y funcionamiento operativo de las tiendas a carg
- o.Asegurar la implementación de las estrategias de desarrollo de marc
