Collections Leader - Insurance Finance & Process Excellence
American International Group
American International Group (AIG) is seeking a Collections Manager to lead the Mexico collections team and coordinate with Finance and Operations to optimize collection processes. The role focuses on improving controls, driving recovery strategies, and delivering accurate KPI reporting to senior management.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years in a collections-related role within insurance, strong leadership, and advanced (English) communication skills.
