Commercial BPO Lead – Accounting, Finance & Treasury

We are searching on behalf of an international professional services firm seeking to accelerate the growth and market positioning of its Business Process Outsourcing practice in Mexico .

This is primarily a commercial strategy, business development and go-to-market leadership role , focused on building and expanding a portfolio of BPO solutions across Accounting, Finance and Treasury .

We are looking for a senior professional who understands financial operations and can translate client challenges into scalable, recurring and profitable managed services solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for opening new markets, developing strategic accounts and positioning the practice as a trusted business partner.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Accounting, Finance and Treasury BPO practice.
• Identify priority industries, target accounts, market opportunities and differentiated service propositions.
• Build and manage a qualified commercial pipeline, from prospecting and opportunity development through negotiation and closing.
• Develop relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, Treasurers and other senior decision-makers.
• Lead consultative sales conversations to understand clients’ financial, operational and transformation needs.
• Convert business challenges into tailored BPO, outsourcing and managed services solutions.
• Lead proposals, RFPs, commercial presentations, pricing models, business cases and contract negotiations.
• Generate new clients while expanding existing accounts through cross-selling and account development.
• Establish strategic alliances and internal referral channels to strengthen lead generation.
• Work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure that proposed solutions are viable, scalable and profitable.
• Maintain accountability for revenue growth, sales conversion, profitability and client portfolio development.
• Increase the visibility of the practice through market insights, executive conversations and thought leadership.
• Support the transition from commercial opportunity to implementation, ensuring alignment between the client promise and service delivery.

• Treasury operations, payments and cash-flow management.

• Accounting and tax compliance.
• Finance process transformation, standardisation and automation.

Candidate profile

• Senior experience in business development, commercial strategy or practice leadership within BPO, Finance & Accounting Outsourcing, Managed Services or professional services.
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, treasury and financial operations.
• Proven ability to originate opportunities, build pipelines and close complex B2B services engagements.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies, value propositions and account plans.
• Established relationships with C-Levels.
• Experience leading proposals, RFPs, pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
• Demonstrated responsibility for revenue targets, portfolio growth, profitability or P&L.
• Strong executive presence, commercial judgment and client-facing communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency for regional and international business environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build a practice in a growth-oriented environment.
