Production Supervisor IMS

Job Objectives

Supervise the production floor, based on production orders, allocating the necessary resources to complete them within the required timeframe and according to production standards, meeting the quality requirements of our clients. This includes adhering to procedures, work instructions, and quality plans, and ensuring that workers have the necessary resources (machines, tools, safety equipment, training, etc.).

Job Functions

1) Assign personnel to tasks based on their experience and skills to ensure the optimal functioning of the production line.
2) Place materials in their designated locations according to the work order.
3) Record daily production.
4) Deliver finished products to the warehouse with the corresponding documentation.
5) Assist with machine adjustments to prevent production line downtime.
6) Address immediate production issues such as staff shortages, material shortages, equipment failures, etc.
7) Report any issues related to the work line to the production manager.
8) Ensure work orders are available for your shift and the next.
9) Complete the area logbook, noting any incidents that occur during your shift.
10) Provide training to new employees.
11) Assign personnel according to their skills.
