To accelerate our expansion in the Latin American market, we are looking for a dynamic, proactive Sales Manager to drive business in Mexico. Join us in bringing innovative Chinese MedTech to the world stage!

Expand the Mexican market from ground zero, develop distribution channels (dealers, private hospitals, government projects, etc.) Understand local end-user requirements for ultrasound equipment (performance, application scenarios, after-sales support, etc.), provide professional product consultation and customized solutions, and drive product sales and market penetration.
Full-Cycle Sales Management : Manage the entire sales process — from clinical demand discovery, product demonstration and technical Q&A, to price negotiation, contract signing and order follow-up — to ensure sales target achievement.
Provide product training and market strategy support to overseas dealers, helping to enhance regional sales capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, clinical, product and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from pre-sales through post-sales.

Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Marketing, International Trade, Biomedical Engineering, Spanish, or related fields are preferred.
Experience : 3+ years of international sales experience, with proven experience in the Mexican medical device market. Local Knowledge : Familiar with Mexican medical device market dynamics, industry regulations and approval requirements; understand the procurement processes of local hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centers.
Fluent Spanish and English (business proficiency required);
Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Proficiency in full-cycle sales process management with strong negotiation and contract closing ability.
Willing to travel frequently within Mexico and occasionally abroad.
