As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (MICE) to lead the commercial development of the Mexico market . This strategic role will focus on expanding our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events business by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue across our luxury portfolio.
As Regional Sales Manager (MICE) , you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional sales strategy for the Mexican market, managing key accounts, strengthening relationships with meeting planners and corporate clients, and achieving ambitious revenue goals while representing one of the world's leading luxury hospitality brands.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the MICE segment throughout Mexico.
- Generate new business opportunities while maximizing revenue from existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, client visits, networking events, and industry trade shows.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with hotel sales teams and commercial leadership to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
Proven experience in MICE sales, hospitality sales, or business development.
- Strong portfolio of active corporate clients and meeting planners with a successful track record of closed business.
- Well-established network within the meetings, incentives, conferences, and events industry.
- Results-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- Professional English proficiency is required.
- Commission paid upon signed contract and receipt of the client's first deposit.
