Regional Sales Director: Strategic Growth & Leadership

Jobtailor

Jobtailor based in Mexico City seeks a senior Sales Leader to supervise and coach a team of CA and Sales Reps, driving origination and revenue growth. You will steer negotiations with C-level executives, and push performance through coaching and territory reviews.

Requirements include MBA and 10+ years in commercial/financial services, with fluent English and strong client focus. Lead strategic initiatives and ensure continuous development of the team.
