T he Chairman’s Office Americas (CO A) is supporting and coordinating our operating units, R&D centres, and representative offices across the Americas with corporate functions and services. We are looking for a strategic and dyn amic Talent Speci alist to join a leading global industrial group. In this role, you will have a high-impact, regional scope, driving talent development, executive search, and technology implementation across multiple countries.

coordinate the Succession Planning process and consolidate the regional talentpool.
Talent Attraction & Executive Search : Lead executive recruitment (Directors and upper positions), support local divisions with tailored attraction strategies, and develop key partnerships with universities and headhunters.
Track regional open positions (middle to upper management) and follow up on talent attraction KPIs to develop continuous improvement projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Industrial Engineering, or relatedfields
Languages: 100% Bilingual (English and Spanish). Capable of leading fluent business conversations and writing professional reports/emails in both languages.
Excellence in handling complexity, multitask-oriented, effective communication, negotiation, and cultural flexibility.
High proficiency in MS Office is required (SuccessFactors experience is a plus)
