Customer Service Agent Call Center Idioma Ingles

JOB DESCRIPTION-
- Deliver a positive experience that solves customers challenges in one call
- Work to resolve issues by providing accurate information to all the customers according to their needs
- Help t0 drive sales products and services that will keep them happy and connected
- Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions
- Position product insights solutions recommendations to provide customers with a complete top solutions
Mandatory Requirements:
- Conversational English Level (B2 or above)
- High School diploma GED or equivalent
- 6 months of stable experience in call center
- Willingness to work on Site (north CDMX)
- Schedule Availability
- Willingness to complete and pass a background check verification
Desirable Requirement:
- Experience promoting and selling products and services
- Experience resolving customers issue and billing
- Customers services experience
- Demonstrated experience communicating with Customers to find solutions
