Customer Relationship Management Executive

Betway , part of Super Group , is looking for a CRM Executive to help drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Optimize customer journeys, including onboarding, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
• Manage loyalty programmes and major event-based promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on key KPIs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English .
• Experience in CRM, retention marketing, or customer lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• iGaming or sports betting experience is advantageous.
