Senior Account Executive (Retail)

Our open, API‑first platform ingests transactions, inventory, and competitor feeds; combines rules with ML signals like elasticity, article segmentation, and competitor sensitivity; and uses a governed solver to recommend channel‑specific prices under clear guardrails. It’s transparent, Python‑extensible, and fast to adapt- so teams move from spreadsheets to omnichannel pricing that actually sticks. Every model output, rule, and recommendation is versioned and auditable, so buyers see how the price was made- and can adjust it without black‑box surprises.

The role
Be our senior, founding AE in LATAM and lead complex, multithreaded enterprise pursuits. You’ll define and work a named‑account plan, partner with SDRs for pipeline quality, and co‑create value cases that tie pricing decisions to margin protection, price perception, markdown efficiency, and e-commerce growth. You’ll run disciplined cycles from discovery to signature and keep a forecast executives can trust. You’ll also cultivate relationships with relevant partners/SIs and adjacent vendors where that accelerates access and implementation.

What you’ll do
Own the full cycle: discovery, solution design, executive workshops, business case, negotiation, and signature.
Build and work 30–50 named enterprise accounts; multithread across Pricing, Merchandising, Digital, IT, and Finance.
Drive evaluations with written success criteria and mutual action plans; navigate RFPs, security, procurement, and legal.
Coach SDRs on ICP and messaging; shape field campaigns with marketing; feed market signals back to product.
Maintain 3–4× coverage and stage hygiene in CRM; forecast accurately and call risks early.

What you bring (must have)

• 5+ years closing complex B2B SaaS; repeated six‑figure ACVs in retail, pricing/promo, merchandising, or analytics.
• Familiarity with pricing optimization, demand forecasting, and pricing strategies.
• Access to Chief Merchant/Head of Pricing/C‑suite and comfort running top‑down and bottom‑up in parallel.
• Strong discovery, value engineering, and executive communication; confident co‑presenting with solutions engineers/data scientists.
• Experience shepherding RFPs, security reviews, and enterprise procurement.
• North America–based; EST/CST preferred; 25- 40% travel.
• Native Spanish | Portuguese - advantage

Nice to have
HubSpot/Salesforce familiarity
Familiarity with MEDDICC or other qualification methods.
