Regional VRF Product Specialist
Daikin DALA
The Regional VRF Product Planning is responsible for defining and driving the VRF product strategy for Latin America.
This position identifies market needs and business opportunities through direct market research, customer engagement, and close collaboration with LATAM Sales Entities.
Based on market analysis, business potential and factory development plans the role develops product roadmaps, prioritizes product requirements and leads discussions with factories to secure products required for the LATAM market.
By successfully introducing products that meet regional market needs this position plays a key role in driving sustainable business growth across LATAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Planning and Development: Identify and analyze market needs, business opportunities and product requirements.
- Product introduction and regional leadership: Lead product introduction activities across LATAM
Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC, product planning, product management, sales engineering or commercial functions.
- Experience in market analysis, product planning, business case development and understanding customer requirements.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
Travel Requirement
Up to 25- 40 % travel within Latin America as required.

Work arrangement: 100% on-site, Monday through Friday.
