Wholesale Retail Operations & Sell Out Manager

We are looking for our next Wholesale Retail Operations & Sell Out Manager to lead the execution of Levi's commercial strategy across Wholesale Mexico, driving sell out performance, retail productivity and consumer experience through a large field organization.

About the role

Own the Wholesale Mexico Sell Out performance and retail productivity nationally. Translate annual and monthly commercial objectives into actionable field execution plans. Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, competitive analysis, retail trends and store observations. Build and execute recovery plans for underperforming stores, cities, regions and customers. Drive accountability throughout the field organization through clear goals, KPIs and performance management. Develop future leaders and succession plans across the field organization. Present business performance, opportunities and action plans to senior leadership teams. Influence cross functional teams to remove barriers and accelerate execution. Continuously challenge the status quo and identify opportunities to improve retail productivity and consumer experience.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree required. Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in Retail, Wholesale, Commercial Operations, Sales Management or Retail Execution.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing large field organizations.
• Proven experience leading multi‑level teams, including managers, supervisors and field personnel.
• Experience managing department stores, wholesale or omnichannel environments.
• Strong understanding of apparel, fashion or consumer goods industries preferred.
• Demonstrated experience driving Sell Out growth and retail productivity improvements.
• Experience developing and executing annual business plans, monthly action plans and recovery strategies.
• Experience managing retail KPIs including: Sell Out total/Comp Stores / Comp Doors UPT / AST Sell Through Inventories.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities, balancing revenue growth, productivity and expense management.
• Experience identifying business opportunities through data analysis, market trends, competition and store observations.
• Experience working cross functionally with Commercial, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
• Experience in presenting business performance, opportunities and recommendations to senior leadership teams.
• Experience managing customer relationships and supporting Joint Business Planning initiatives.
• Strong track record of leading organizational change and driving execution through large teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Liverpool, Sears, Coppel, Suburbia or major retail accounts.
• Experience within apparel, denim, fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Experience managing field organizations of 100+ employees.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and global companies.
• Demonstrated ability to translate commercial strategy into measurable store level execution and business results.

Work Schedule

This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Polanco Office in Mexico City. We expect you in office 3 days per week, typically Monday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on needs.
