Objetivo
Liderar el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones avanzadas de inteligencia artificial y aprendizaje automático en sus operaciones de manufactura e ingeniería. Colaborando en las iniciativas de transformación digital, optimización operativa e industria 4.0
Requisitos del puesto
Educación: Licenciatura o maestría en Ciencias de la Computación, Ciencia de Datos, Inteligencia Artificial, Ingeniería o carrera relacionada.
Experiencia: Más de 5 años de experiencia en el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones de inteligencia artificial y machine learning en entornos industriales o empresariales. Experiencia en integración con sistemas de terceros. Experiencia con framework como TensorFlow, PyTorch o similares. Experiencia con herramientas de ingeniería de datos, como Databricks o Microsoft Fabric. Experiencia con pipelines de desarrollo, implementación y monitoreo de modelos. Experiencia práctica con metodologías como Scrum, Kanban o SAFe.
Habilidades: Dominio avanzado de phyton, conocimiento en bases de datos relacionales (SQL Server, PostgreSQL y MongoDB). Conocimiento de plataformas en la nube (Azure o AWS). Conocimientos sólidos de modelado estadístico y algoritmos de aprendizaje automático.
Responsabilidades del puesto
-Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar modelos de inteligencia artificial y machine learning para optimizar procesos de manufactura, mantenimiento predictivo y análisis de calidad.
-Gestionar el ciclo completo de las soluciones de IA: adquisición y preparación de datos, desarrollo, validación, implementación, monitoreo y mejora continua.
-Identificar oportunidades de automatización y optimización en colaboración con los equipos de Producción, Calidad, Ingeniería y Tecnologías de la Información.
-Desarrollar y mantener pipelines de datos y arquitecturas escalables de inteligencia artificial.
-Aplicar técnicas de visión por computadora, procesamiento de lenguaje natural y análisis de series de tiempo en casos de uso industriales.
-Integrar soluciones de inteligencia artificial con plataformas y sistemas de terceros.
-Brindar mentoría y orientación técnica a ingenieros de menor experiencia.
-Promover las mejores prácticas para el desarrollo y la implementación de soluciones de inteligencia artificial.
-Asegurar la alineación de las soluciones con la estrategia de transformación digital, fábrica inteligente e Industria 4.0 de la organización.
