Nuestro producto es potente, pero también complejo. Por eso necesitamos Account Executives - Payment Consultants: personas con fuertes habilidades comerciales y la capacidad de entender a fondo un negocio antes de proponer una solución. Como Payment Consultant en Toku, impulsarás nuestro crecimiento a través de una venta consultiva, actuando como asesor de pagos y recaudación de potenciales clientes.
Liderarás la adquisición de nuevos negocios y clientes, y las relaciones de largo plazo con ellos, coordinando estrategias de venta y postventa. Mantendrás un conocimiento actualizado de las tendencias en tecnología digital y gestión de pagos, aplicándolas para el beneficio de nuestros clientes y de nuestra empresa.
Principales responsabilidades
Venta consultiva. Cada deal es único y requiere entender en profundidad cómo opera el cliente, identificar sus fricciones de cobro, y construir un business case sólido que demuestre el impacto concreto de Toku. Este rol combina lo mejor de la consultoría estratégica con la ejecución comercial.
Diagnosticar antes de proponer. Realizar discovery profundo con prospectos: entender sus flujos de cobro actuales, identificar fricciones operativas, cuantificar oportunidades no aprovechadas, y determinar dónde la orquestación de pagos puede generar valor real.
Liderar el ciclo de venta completo. Desde la primera reunión hasta la negociación y cierre de propuestas comerciales con tomadores de decisión clave.
Coordinar con equipos internos. Trabajar estrechamente con Producto, Operaciones y Customer Success para asegurar que las promesas comerciales se concreten en resultados medibles para los clientes.
Contribuir al desarrollo comercial. Proponer mejoras al proceso de ventas, identificar nuevos segmentos de oportunidad, y ayudar a evolucionar nuestra propuesta de valor. Estamos siempre iterando el playbook — esperamos que aportes tu perspectiva para refinarlo.
Requisitos
4+ años de experiencia profesional : idealmente en proyectos de implementación de consultoría estratégica, o en ventas B2B en empresas de software o fintech.
Mentalidad de owner: Esto es lo más importante. Buscamos a alguien autónomo, con drive emprendedor y la creatividad para hacer más con menos. No esperas que te digan qué hacer — te das cuenta solo/a de lo que hay que hacer y lo ejecutas.
Capacidad analítica sólida: Manejo intermedio de Excel y PowerPoint. Comodidad armando business cases y traduciendo datos en narrativas claras.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación: Te adaptas a distintos interlocutores, sabes llevar una conversación hacia una decisión, y disfrutas construyendo relaciones con clientes. Puedes explicar un concepto complejo a un C-level y sostener una conversación con un equipo técnico.
Curiosidad por aprender: Te interesa entender cómo funcionan las industrias, los modelos de negocio y los flujos financieros. Aprendes rápido y disfrutas haciéndolo.
Interés por IA y nuevas tecnologías: Buscamos gente que quiera usar herramientas de inteligencia artificial para potenciar su trabajo — automatizar research, optimizar procesos de venta, gestionar mejor su tiempo. No necesitas ser experto/a, pero sí tener las ganas e iniciativa de adoptar nuevas tecnologías para destacarte.
