We’re looking for a Senior Account & Project Manager to join a growing global in-house Creative Hub.

This isn't a traditional Project Manager role where you receive a brief, build a timeline, and move it through a process.

We need someone with a genuine creative and social-first background who understands how great creative work gets made — and knows how to ask the right questions before a brief even reaches the studio .

You'll own both project delivery AND stakeholder relationships , becoming the go-to partner for a defined group of teams across the business.

What You'll Do:

• Own multiple creative, digital, social, and integrated projects from initial conversation through final delivery.
• Manage a mix of large campaigns and smaller, fast-moving social projects , often with several live at once.
• Own timelines, deliverables, reviews, feedback, approvals, and project tracking.
• Build strong relationships with a defined group of global stakeholders , becoming their trusted creative partner.
• Get involved before the brief is finalized , understanding what stakeholders are actually trying to achieve.
• Interrogate briefs — ask the right questions, identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and turn unclear requests into actionable creative briefs.
• Understand how ideas need to translate into social-first content , including fast-turnaround, platform-specific creative.
• Push back diplomatically when a brief, timeline, or request isn't right rather than simply processing it.
• Connect stakeholders with designers, copywriters, social teams, producers, and wider creative specialists.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resourcing challenges early and adapt quickly when priorities change.
• Partner closely with Traffic and Creative teams to keep workloads, priorities, and deadlines realistic.
• Know when something can be handled independently and when additional creative or strategic expertise needs to be brought into the conversation.
• Keep stakeholders informed and projects moving — no surprises and no ambiguity around where things stand .

What We're Looking For:

You'll ideally come from an agency, creative studio, social agency, content agency, or fast-paced in-house creative team .

We're looking for:

• Strong creative project management and/or account management experience .
• A genuine understanding of social-first creative and content production .
• Experience delivering projects across social, digital, content, campaigns, design, video, and/or motion .
• The ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving creative environment.
• Strong experience interrogating and shaping briefs , rather than simply taking requests at face value.
• Confidence asking stakeholders: What are we actually trying to achieve? Who is the audience? Where will this live? What does success look like?
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• The confidence to challenge and push back diplomatically when needed.
• An understanding of creative workflows and how designers, copywriters, motion designers, videographers, social teams, and other creatives work together.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project/workflow management tools and an interest in AI-supported tools that can make creative delivery more efficient.
• Strong professional English for regular collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
