☀️ We’re Hiring: Cold Calling Specialist – Solar & Roofing

Are you a motivated, energetic communicator who enjoys connecting with people and turning opportunities into appointments? We're looking for a Cold Calling Specialist to help re-engage homeowners who previously received an estimate and generate new opportunities through proactive outbound outreach.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset, excellent phone skills, and the ability to build interest, overcome objections, and create excitement about current offers and promotions.

Location

Remote (Mexico-based candidates supporting U.S. clients)

⏰ Schedule:

Monday to Friday | 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Mexico City time

Role Overview

As a Cold Calling Specialist, you will play a critical role in the sales process by contacting homeowners who previously explored solar and roofing solutions but did not move forward at the time.

Your goal will be to reconnect with these prospects, educate them on current promotions and programs, and schedule consultations with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing lead pipelines
• Re-engage inactive prospects and generate renewed interest
• Schedule qualified consultations with potential customers
• Maintain accurate records and update activities within the CRM
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Participate in regular meetings and coaching sessions with leadership

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Native or near-native English proficiency with clear pronunciation and excellent verbal communication skills
• Energetic, engaging, and professional phone presence
• 2–3 years of sales experience
• Recent experience with high-volume B2C outbound calling ( required )
• Strong objection-handling and active listening skills
• Experience working with CRM platforms
• Familiarity with the solar energy and/or roofing industries is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

20,000 MXN + benefits (Contractor)
