Marketing Manager

Job Overview

We are hiring a local Marketing Manager based in Mexico. This is an entry-to-mid execution marketing role focused on social media operation, word-of-mouth marketing, user & competitor research, and brand content creation. We are looking for a pragmatic local talent who can deliver stable output under limited marketing budgets.

Key Responsibilitie

1. sEnd-to-end local social media operation across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, including official account setup, regular content posting, daily account maintenance and activity management to boost followers and view metrics
2. .Conduct word-of-mouth (WOM) marketing on local financial & lending forums, leverage AI tools to create localized marketing content to strengthen brand reputation
3. .Collaborate with local customer service team to launch monthly user surveys; coordinate with China product team to carry out competitor analysis, benchmark our brand performance against market rivals
4. .Create localized brand content consistently and optimize local search visibility & GEO performance
5. .Support ad-hoc PR coordination and occasional offline marketing activities as assigned
6. .Track core marketing KPIs including content views, follower growth and forum brand exposure, and provide regular progress updates to headquarters

Job Requiremen

1. ts2–7 years of relevant marketing experience with solid brand marketing background (mandatory); candidates with basic social media experience are also acceptabl
2. e.Fluent English communication skills; easy-going, team-oriented and collaborative personalit
3. y.Able to work flexibly across time zones to align with HQ teams; prior experience working at Chinese enterprises is highly preferre
