Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy for network migration analytics, custom software solutions, and software‑enabled services, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with development organizations to translate customer requirements into product features and specifications.
• Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering from customers, sales teams, and market research to inform product development.
• Develop compelling value propositions for new software offerings based on customer needs and market trends.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to define product roadmap and features.
• Collaborate with marketing to create sales enablement materials and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Drive ROI generation by analyzing business metrics, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
• Champion customer‑centric product development by integrating feedback into service roadmap plans.
• Represent the product line in strategic planning sessions and contribute to revenue growth initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and assess market trends.
• Educate sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.
• Collaborate with product owners to create tailored service offerings that meet customer needs and drive revenue.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve offerings.
• Ensure alignment of product strategy with business objectives and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in product management within the technology industry.
• Proven track record of driving product strategy, gathering requirements, and value proposition development.
• Background in software and an understanding of software‑enabled services.
