Crm Accounting Supervisor (San Juan del Río)

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a CRM ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise the Accounting Processes for the GFSS, including management and coordination of the supporting team.
• Conduct the monthly closing process, review and approve journal entries.
• Maintain SOX and Internal Audit compliance as required.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reviews.
• Supervise the year‑end Mexico compliance and financial reporting.
• Manage and champion ad hoc projects as needed.
• Supervise the monthly closing process including OTC, PTP, and RTR.
• Coordinate the Internal Control Audit and Statutory Audits with external audit firms.
• Review correct recording in Operational and Corporate ledgers for Treasury, Grid Note & ZBA.
• Ensure process T&E expense reports.
• Support electronic accounting and provide information in timely form.
• Develop the financial function and personnel into customer‑oriented professionals.
• Review performance metrics and give feedback to employees in 1:1 sessions.
• Ensure that ethical standards are maintained to accrue maximum benefit to Eaton.
• Provide guidance on training and education of accounting professionals in the area.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment, daily 5S and use of CI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.

Minimum of +3 years of experience.

Advanced English proficiency.

Skills

• Experience with MRP and other systems, such as Oracle.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX.
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects simultaneously, including intercompany processes.
• Strong communication skills.
